Shipping policy

At Atelier Notiva, we value transparency and clarity when it comes to shipping expectations. Our products are categorized into two types: pre-order and premade, each with its processing timeline.

📦 Processing Times

• Premade Items: These are ready-to-ship and typically dispatch within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

• Pre-Order Items: These are made-to-order or part of exclusive drops. Please allow 1–2 months for production and fulfillment. We’ll keep you informed with updates and tracking once your order is ready to ship.

🚚 Shipping Times

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier.

• International Shipping: Varies by destination and may take 2–4 weeks. Customs delays are outside our control.

🔍 Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received tracking after your estimated processing window, feel free to reach out.

📌 Additional Notes

• Combined Orders: If you order both premade and pre-order items in the same transaction, your order will ship when all items are ready. For faster service, we recommend placing separate orders.

• Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or events beyond our control. However, we will always advocate on your behalf to resolve issues.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or arrives damaged. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
